I'm looking into getting this cooler for my new build but this build will not make any noise (it's for movies and gaming with speakers). The stock fans are too loud (I have a buddy that owns the H60, uses the same fans and make too much noise for me) so I want to use silent fans but there isn't much info on these bad boys I want to use.

This is my first option

My second option

Which is better? Those cougar ones are quieter and move a lot more air but are they good quality? I also plan on using these for the case fans http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553007.

I will be using an 800D if that matters.

Can I plug the fans into the asus sabertooth? Those fans do use 4 pin PWM so plugging them into the h100 block itself is an option, but these are so quite, running them at 100% all the time would be preferred. That you!

Option 3: Plug the corsair fans into the H100 like the directions tell you.
Press the button in the center of the H100 so that the low fan speed is set, they get very quiet at that point.

Observed Behavior.

On system powerup, even when set to low the fans will go to 100%, then throttle down till silent.

^That.

I have the fan from a stock Corsair H50 and I can't even hear it at full blast. If you want want want to buy new fans, go with what fits your build color. I've heard great things about both fans.
