Included Thermal Paste or other ?

I am building a new Gaming/Workstation PC with an i7-5820K and the CPU Cooler is the CoolerMaster V8 GTS.
The CPU Cooler included a thermal paste, So should I use it or buy another one separately ?
If another one, Could you recommend one ? I am a noob when it comes to coolers and pastes....

Use it.

The difference between the worst and best is only a couple of C at best. Your mount makes more of a difference.
