Is it worth upgrading on old hardware?

Specs:

Intel Core Quad: Q9660
Nvidia Geforce 9600GT

I know that with the 9600GT I can't get any DX benefits as it supports only upto DX10, but is there anything else that makes it worth upgrading to Windows 10? I hope this topic is going to be use of anyone who is struggling with ancient hardware.
