But I don't know if the Hyper 212 will overclock the 8 core that far and the cpu will get TOO hot. Help! I really want the 8320 over the 6300 too!

Or should I go with this fan? Is it good? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...ark=&IsFeedbackTab=true&Page=2#scrollFullInfo

If you're overclocking a decent amount, that 212+ won't be enough cooler. ;)
It does alright up to around 125w with two good high CFM fans.
The Dark Knight is pretty much the same cooler only dark.

Nope, you're buying a VERY hot CPU. Get the best air cooling or a 120x2 AIO unit.

And your mobo probably isn't good enough to overclock that CPU.

The PSU kinda worries me, we do have a PSU forum to learn about good PSUs.

No need for anything else than 1600 ram

Your link is called a HEATSINK.

I don't want to change that much. I was just asking about the cpu cooler.

Are you talking about this link? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...ark=&IsFeedbackTab=true&Page=2#scrollFullInfo

This fan looks good to me.

Plus I don't have that much money to spend. I can't spend a lot on a PSU or better cpu cooler.

You already have a thread General Hardware, stick to that. It's pretty much the same people seeing the thread here and just increases forum clutter.

It will hold a 3930k at full Turbo on all cores in the low 60s, so it should be enough for just about anything unless you're trying to get every last bit of performance. If that's what you're trying to do, you'll probably be best off with a custom watercooling setup.
