I am looking for something....almost as strong as the tornado...but adjustable speeds for the sake of sanity when I am sleeping...thanks alot :)

volcano 9 by thermaltake...

75.7 CFM at 4800 rpm
48 dB at 4800 rpm

20.55 CFM at 1300 rpm
17 dB at 1300 rpm

this is the best you'll get in my opinion...

OR you could get a rheostat... my dad helped me make one... i can turn up my tornado up and down, as i wish... although it doesn't show my rpm in MBM if its running low, but i don't care... its AWESOME....

true, but the question is "is he willing to spend money on a rheostat??" - he asked for adjustable... i gave him the best i know -- awesome fan by the way..

or look into the volcano 11 (i just noticed it right now) - http://www.thermaltake.com/products/heatsink/v11plus.htm

it has a nice control of the speed... although the cfm is exactly the same as of the volcano 9.. so if you want your computer to look sweet, go ahead and spend the extra $$, but i'd just go with the volcano 9

im not sure if he wanted a whole hsf.

but the fan on the v9 and v11 is the tt. smartfan2

i have one and im very pleased with it it can be adusted from almost silance (cant hear it over my psu) to neer tornado cfm ratings and you get the rheostat in the package. IMO its the one to go for
