Is this a 9800 pro?

Look at the picture of the card
Is that really a 9800 pro? the heatsink looks so small. I was about to bid on it in the last few minutes but decided not to because i wasn't sure. Did i miss out on an awesome deal, or did some other guy just get screwed over?
