The suggested recommendation for the RTX 3070 Ti is 600 watts minimum, so a good 850 watt unit like that Corsair is plenty of power.

As I said in the other thread, I run a 13900K and 4090 with a 850W PSU, no issues.

Did you purchase the hevc encoder? Microsoft charges $0.99 for it from the MS store these days.
