iTunes no more.....what do you use to sync your iPod?

I finally deleted iTunes today. After years of absolute unadulterated hatred for Apple and specifically iTunes - it's gone.

What do you use to sync your iPod to your computer music library? I have a relatively small music collection and I'd like to be able to create and sync certain custom playlists.
