Just got my E8400 OEM from Clubit.com/4.0ghz yes

I got Q806A which from what i gather is a good overclocker.I just hope mines is .Just once id like to have an exceptional chip

The funny thing is, I had this approved for a rma from Intel for the temps reading out so wierd, constant 38/57. I almost sent it back to them.

Yeah im seeing this.my Q6600 idles lower tha this.46c/47c and my Q6600 with the same Ultima 90 idles at 33c/35c/36c/37c

But anyway Q806A seems to be pretty decent OCer.Coretemp shows a VID of 1.1125v and

Ok now at 4.1ghz with 1.35v.I think its a good one.But im afraid to run Prime i just dont wanna see that cpu failed popup

Dam Neb your board is out for repairs and im running 4.185ghz.My temps are kind of high.46c/46c at idle and browsing?Anyone knoow if this normal for this cpu.My Quadd runs coolers than this cpu.Also whats the normal VID on this cpu?

Well im at 500x8 and 1.35v.Orthos has been running 39 minutes without issues and im still browsing and what not
