I just build my new PC with this RAM and on the box it said " 2400MHz " i checked in my bios and its set to 1333 MHz

is it safe to put it to 2400MHz ?

EDIT: my CPU i7 4470k and MOBO asus maximus hero vi

both capable of supporting 2400 speed its seems... is it safe to increase that in bios ?

i never messed with bios before or OC'd anything so i am a bit paranoid

problem solved ! i enabled XMP on my MOBO and it changed voltages and ram to 2400 automatically

Yep, you got it. Most boards won't run high speed ram at it's rated limits and instead defaults to 1333. XMP profiles in BIOS usually take care of this.
