I saw a YouTube video of a guy who uses a modded heatsink for both GPU and CPU. The case is also sideways to allow the GPU to have its own large sink. I have a Zalman Fx-70 and i'm fascinated by passive cooling. Would love a silent CPU that could be pushed to 125 or 140 watts tdp without fans, but I realize a light fan is good as a backup.
The Zalman Fx-100 is also pretty large. Are there any closed loop solutions that don't require tubing's but are passive cubes (approx 4inchx4inchx4inch water tanks) directly atop the CPU?
