I love the finger heat test... Put my finger on my 9800's ram and find out it's hot . SB is the same way. Mosfets same. Your finger is the best way IMO to find out what needs to sinked.

BTW, how's your setup going? Also, just turn the temp monitor off, the P4 won't burn up simce you can run 'em without heatsinks. Right now you should be going for silence and stability, NOT temps.
