Looking for a program

I'm looking for a program that will display my network utilization up and down. Basicly, I'm just curious how much of my available bandwidth is being used at any given point. This is more of a curiosity than anything I desperatly need, but It is something I'd like to be able to monitor.

I like to use Bandwidth Monitor Pro. It seems to work as advertised. It resides in the tray, and easy to use.
