MachII & AMD chips owners - Report pls!

Okay,
I'm getting 7c load temps, while when using my MachII on my older INTEL setup, CPU was @ -39 ~ -32c .. is it the shim that prevents my chip to get subzero? .. anyone of you guys using the shim? .. I'll hangout for feedback .. Thanks in advance...

That sounds way high for a machII

I would try remounting it- sounds like its not getting very good contact.

yep ,don´t want to imagine what a vapo´s temps or a Wcooling setup´s would be then

I'll risk removing the shim then... cause with any INTEL setup I've tried, it's always in between -39c ~ -32c ..

If your using the motherboard to read temps not a very good idea....Try an external temp sensor and tape it under the cpu!
