I'm using a the core park utility since im on Win 7 do I need to test all cores are working after enabling?

Essentially I am just trusting the software that it says/now shows all cores are active as it shows the speed the core is running at in real time (assuming real time).

The msconfig option only limits the number of processors/cores. It is not related to core parking.
