Mapping drives GPM

I have a network mixed with XP machines and windows 7 machines I created a group policy to map the default drives on XP machines it doesn't seem to be working even after doing the normal gpupdate /force.

Also in GPM on the server the drives show either a red or a yellow triangle. any Idea what these refer too?

Besides the Create action (green triangle; creates a new mapped drive for users) and the Delete action (red 'X'; this will remove a drive mapping)...
