Moderate horsepower for micro desktop?

My work wants a micro-desktop PC for a conference room. The main thing they want to be able to do on it fairly well is Skype teleconferencing. So I'm looking for a model that has enough horsepower for that without going overboard on the price.

Any suggestions for a model that will do well for this purpose from someone who has actually used it?

Agreed. Skype is more dependent on your internet connection than the hardware. I can run skype on my phone fairly well so long as I'm on Wifi.
