Motherboard help for a old timer .

First off my budget ~200$ ( if it is worth it can push 50-100 more )
I will be ordering from this site http://www.memoryexpress.com/Category/Motherboards
I plan on buying a samsung 950 pro M.2 256gig ssd
Using 670gtx as gfx card but will prob see a 970gtx soon
CPU will be 4670k on water .
Will be using the ram in my sig .
I tend to favor to Gigbyte and Asus .
I was looking very hard at the http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX52123 but then this is the same price I have no idea what the drifference's are ( besides color ) .
I will be aiming for 4.7 with the new mb . So If it was your money how would you spend it .

(reason I like that site is I have delt many times and the cheep shipping prices are hard to beat )

Agreed but didn't see any Asrock boards on the site so my second choice would be Asus Z97 A though, the Gigabyte board you linked looks like a nice board as well.
