Motherboard/system tester?

I've got several LGA 775 motherboards I'd like to sell, but what to ensure there in sound working order prior to doing so.

Is there a good comprehensive software tool out there I could run on these boards prior to disassembling the system and selling the parts? Something that would test the motherboard, CPU, RAM, sound, SATA ports etc..

Sound...use it.

Sata ports...use them.
