I followed a tutorial on how to Relocate User folders during Windows 7 installation using Sysprep and now I'm getting the User profile cannot be loaded error, after doing some research I discovered that this should not be done, my question is is there any safe way to do this or do I just have to manually change the drive when installing programs?

You can try setting a symlink for the folder, but I wouldn't recommend it. I'd start from scratch with the user directory in the default location. So many applications store data in the user appdata folder that it is likely to cause a problem
