msi k8n nforce 4 upgrade to 4gb

I am trying to be able to run cs5
I would like to run g skill value 2x1x2x1[ cas 2 2325] but the online manual says the mobo dual channel
will only read this as 3gb
can anyone tell me if this is indeed the case
Also I have the board slightly overclocked @ 202 with the mobo bios setting at 3% oc ed patriot llk 1 gb 2325 1t currently
would I reset the bus and the mobo dynamic oc to default before putting in new ram?

You do not...

...do not say what operating system you are using BUT most of those 'notes' in the manual state that if your operating system is 32 bit windows, then only about 3 to 3.25 gig ram will be recognized.
