MSI X470 Gaming Board NEED HELP WITH WINDOWS INSTALL - USB PORT TURN OFF

This is my first build in over 10 years. Here is my issue. In BIOS my keyboard and mouse work fine. Once windows files load and I get to the opening screen on Language, time, keyboard input my USB port have turned off and I cannot finish the windows install. I have tried a wired USB mouse and USB mouse,

You trying to install w7? Enable xhci support or legacy windows.

That doesn't work when installing Win7, look for MSI smart tool on your disc or from their site. It will integrate the required drivers into your Win7 Install media. It will also integrate NVMe support and make a bootable USB stick for the intall.
