My cores are failing when comp goes to sleep

I didnt notice it before but if the computer goes to sleep and I wake it up. The cores 1,2,3 are showing (200.00 x 4)in Core Temp. They only revert back to(200.00 x 20.5) when I restart.

Is their a setting I can adjust?

Does CPU-z report the same values? Do you have Cool & Quiet disabled?

sorry for the delay. I've been really busy but anyhow....

cool and quiet is disabled

and my cpu-z is only showing the first core. I tried to view another but its greyed out. I cant switch.

But I can tell the difference. When I alt-tab out of a game to surf or switch music, it takes like 5-6 secs switch back and forth. After a fresh restart, it snaps back and forth...
