I can take constructive criticism so I would love to hear the feedback! Thanks so much everyone.

Thanks again!

The card is nice, but it will be a little on the louder side for cooling. As that fan is LOUD. I love the ASUS DCII GTX570 even OC to 850mhz I dont think my fan speeds have gone over 50%. Asus really did a great job with cooling. Only thing is, it's HUGE. so if your gona SLI make sure the board can handle it. I would think the Asus card you could probably OC yourself faster then the evga with it's better cooling and non reference design. EVGA cards are nice.

I have the HAF 932 advanced Blue case and Love it. Amazing case. Everything else looks good.

I can't see the price for the card that you posted. But apparantly the higher core 560Ti's beat out the 570 in a lot of games/benches while being much cheaper. I'd either go that way, or try something from ATi. Perhaps a 6950? many of them unlock to 6970's and they're $50 cheaper than the GTX570

For an extra 200 bucks you could get an Nvidia 680 series which would be a large improvement.

Since this is a gaming rig there is really no benefit to getting the I7 2600K over the I5 2500K. Both will overclock about the same and games do not use the hyperthreading on the I7.
That would save you about 100 bucks.

The Pro version of the P8Z68 is rock solid choice as well and could save you about 75 bucks essentially getting you the 680 for the same budget.

If the extra 200 bucks is a non-issue for the GPU, stay with the I7 (just because it's nice).

More GPU is always more important in gaming rigs.

Hope that helps.
