Below are pictures from my "system information" and "task manager". As you can see, my computer is definitely not using 16gb. I've tried everything in this video to no avail. Ideas?

Relavent notes: 1.My PC is x64. 2. I recently did a system reset to no avail.

It uses what it needs... it doesn't fill it for giggles. :)

So then what's the deal with the 55%? Because all that added should be way below 55% (there are plenty of other tasks running but those added barely contribute)
I'm certainly not expecting it to use all 16g all the time.
 
I dont know why that doesn't add up. But clearly 6ou can see it is being used. I don't see a problem here at all.

55% is in use leaving you with 7.89GGB (of 16) available.
