My New Epox 8RDA won't wprk ... HELP

I just installed everything but it won't power up properly. I hit the power button like 10 times and it finally started but after I shut it down it wouldn't come back on. After hitting the power a few more times it flicked on then off real fast. WTF is going on here.


I did notice the 2 pins for the power switch on the MB were bent a litle so I straightened it out but it all looks fine.


HELP
