Need <138mm cooler for HTPC Grandia GD08 w/ Haswell

This is a Haswell i7 4770k build. What's the best air cooler for a silverstone GD08 and still fit? I keep hearing about 138mm limit but I could be wrong.
Kinda worried cause I saw a guy on youtube struggle with a low profile cooler noctura cooler and being able to plug in his optical drive.

I know this is older than a week but would this help you at all (Thermalright AXP-100). I am assuming that should fit, but I am unsure which case your trying to use..
