Hi guys my friend is looking for a heatsink for his amd socket A cpu
i seen a Arkua 628M Copper Core Heatsink on ebay i wanted to
know will it fit on a socket A cpu and is that a good cooler? thanks for any replys

Yes it will fit socket A mobos. If the person using it will be overclocking i don't reccomend it. It uses like a 22cfm fan which i wouldn't even look at. i like 30cfm minnimum on non overclocked xp's. At $20, there are better performers for the money.

will the Thermaltake A1254 Valcano 7+ Universal Cooler for Intel P4 Skt478 & AMD Athlon XP Retail
fit on that cpu? and if it doe is it any good?

If you want a good heatsink for low money, get an AX7.
About $25 depending on where you buy it. Brand new.

You will need an 80mm fan for it as well, but the nice thing is that it will work with ANY 80mm fan: toss on one that you have hanging around and it should be fine for you NON-overclocked 1.2ghz cpu.

Toss a Delta or Tornado on there and it will cool anything you can mount it on:)
