So I'm looking to purchase new parts for both my systems. Most likely will only do 1 (My Rig) liquid cooled and the other just stay air cooled unless the cost isn't to bad. In anycase I'm wanting to have a closed system for the CPU & GPU. I'm going to be getting a Intel Devils Canyon 4GHz CPU (most likely or possibly the 3.3GHz 6 Core, still go back & forth) and then a eVGA GTX 980 Hydro.

I want something that has a good track record, has low maint. needs if any as well as ease of putting together, a kit would be great instead of having to pick & chose separately. Also I'm restricted to only using what available on Newegg.com as I will be using my newegg acct to get it all. I most likely won't be doing any major overclocking but will probably do some minor at some point. Also I have a large case now though will probably be upgrading to a new one but will be around same size. Current have an Thermaltake Armor+ Monster case its like 22x24x9 or some such.

Thanks

If you're looking to do a custom loop, you'll need another case or have a external housed radiator, reservoir and pump being feed by some tubing via quickdisconnects to your blocks is one way of doing things or you could look for a new water cooling friendly case. Before you case buy, make sure how big your loop is going to be and for future proofing in case you actually believe you'll add more to it.

Unfortunately, Newegg doesn't have much in the custom water cooling department but do have maintenance free All-In-One water coolers. Custom cooling is the way to go if you want amazing temps and very low noise levels. Performance-pcs, is the one stop shop that has everything you'll need for your loop.

A list of the new system and a separate list of your water cooling picks would be appreciated and helpful.

This is what I'm looking at now...

Case

CPU

Mobo

GPU

So what about getting one of the closed liquid cooling systems & just adding the GPU to the mix? for example something like...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032

I don't know if that particular model would have a strong enough pump or whatever but just an example. I'm guessing though maybe a little more work to add the gpu to it & probably void warranties?

Again I'm going to have to stick with using Newegg to purchase everything from so if it ain't their I can't get it.

Alternatively what about going 2 separate systems... possible depending on the cooling systems maybe could get them both to fit in the case. It's seems to be a decent size & cooling friendly? or maybe just skip the CPU water cooler & just go for the GPU. Mainly I do want to avoid air cooling GPU b/c my current GTX 780 in gaming sounds like a jet plane about to take off... my CPU & case fans aren't bad at all.

Does newegg sell the h220x?

Nope I do wish they did sell more in the way of liquid cooling stuff. I think they did at 1 time but guess it wasn't good enough to warrant keeping that stuff in stock & keeping up with new stuff as it is with other stuff.
