Need help identifying unknown backplate

I received this backplate in a lot of some computer parts and various hardware. Unfortunately though, I have no idea what brand or model of heat sink or AIO cooler it goes to. Any help in identifying what it goes to would be appreciated.

looks very similar to some of the deepcool universal hold downs I've used

After some research, I stumbled upon a photo of an identical backplate in the images on google, and it appears to be a backplate that goes to some Zalman coolers.

The CNPS2X, Reserator 3, and CNPS9900 MAX are the one's that stick out to me so far.
