That's a pretty good heatsink, I'd bet with a 955be you may get 4.0 Ghz give or take 100 Mhz with it. The 965 Be. tend to take a bit more voltage clock for clock, from what I've seen, when compared to the 955be.

im going to put this on it except mines red. it keeps the athlon x4 651K <43C under load. its over clocked to 3.4Ghz.
going to see how well it works on this.
