Need help with overclocking a phenom II X4 B55

can anyone guide me through overclocking my cpu to the max?:

my mobo is the asus M5A99X and my cooler is the cooler master hyper 212+ evo

Since this is a CPU with unlocked cores you should first test it's stability at stock frequencies and voltages with 2 hrs. of Prime95 blend, and temps as well. Have HWMonitor open on the desktop before and during the test. Report back with max CPU temps which will be in the "TMPINx" section of HWMonitor.
