A64 decision: Help Please?

Currently, i have the old 64 3000+ Clawhammer (1/2 L2 disabled) and it doesnt OC for crap, stable anyway.
I also have the K8NS Pro 250. I was thinking about heading up to Frye's and picking up the DFI lanparty...

Would a 2800+NC, 3000+NC, 3200+ (NC or CH?), or a 3000+ or 3200+ DTR be best???

Also, i want to get rid of my corsair VS. Need a ram to rum 1:1 at high FSB...between 250 & 300...suggestions? ANd please, nothing tooo high of a price. Looking at OCZ Plat, or COrsair XMS?

I guess i could go 90nm, but dont think it would be in my best interest...

Either a 3200+ DTR (though don't expect super high clocks with it), or a 3000+ NC. The NC will go anywhere between a bit and way faster than a DTR; DTR's ranging from 2.35-2.5ish, NC's 2.5-2.6ish.
