Need some opinions

Hi guys, I'm soon gonna get a laptop purely for the mobility option, and so I can watch YT while in bed (probably an HP Stream 11). And also with that laptop I'm gonna get a desktop PC(nothing for hardcore gaming, maybe some CS:GO and FIFA). I was checking some used PC's on a site from my country and found this one: click. I would get an GTX 950 or wait for RX 480 to come out. I would like some of you guys to write some opinion on this PC.

P.S. Im planning on overclocking that CPU.

I did a quick search on that site for i5 and what I turned up wasn't too impressive. Still old like the one you're looking at but nearly twice the price. Looks like your prices are pretty high over there. Comparing it to this one http://www.njuskalo.hr/pc-racunala/pc-racunalo-autronic-intel-5-oglas-18606309 Looks like a good deal. Are there any other sites you could shop at?
