So 4x16 or 64gb of RAM altogether? Don't be surprised if you aren't able to run that much RAM at the full 3600 mhz. That will put a lot of strain on the CPU's integrated memory controller (IMC). And you also may need to bump up the SOC (the memory controller's voltage) in order to be stable with that much RAM. There are lots of driver problems right now with the newer Radeon video cards and some of them are having overheating issues due to poor contact between heat sink and chips. I would go with the Nvidia card.
