Have you verified both will fit? (I don't know, so just asking).

I've used the Hyper 212s for years with great results. I've had 3 of them. Can't speak for the Zalman.

Hyper212 will probably perform better (didn't check if it fits though).

Coolermaster. I'm sure if you type Hyper 212 review you'll find extensive reviews and comparisons and with a bit of research you'll find one to five places that also comparative the Zalman cooler at the same time. I have a 212 EVO and happy with it. Never had a Zalman cooler.

There is no ASAP with PC hobbies.

The Zalman is ok-ish very quiet the package should give you the fan-mate2 controller, some thermal paste and solid mounting brackets.
But if you want to replace the fan for something stronger later it's a no go.
