You are wise not to put your CPU on 1.8V It might make your P4B adventure quite short
To clarify: the B indeed indicates a 533 Bus (133 MHz quad pumped).
If you are just starting out, looking to get the system up and running, and are not caring to overclock yet, I'd say: just start out with the latest official Abit release, i.e. the 7C. This has all the support needed to run the P4B, and won't get you in any trouble with Abit should something go wrong with your board (as it is the official Abit one).
For voltage when starting out, just set it to default.
