New Build - Is Win7Pro Retail Still Available? (Shock - Newegg is out)

The title says it all. I was getting my list for a new build together and, "Oh yeah, the OS"...

The OEM package is still available. Problem is if I change something inside the PC could it not invalidate the license? Do you guys recommend the OEM version?

Amazon has the retail version.

You can change everything but the motherboard with OEM, and you can reuse OEM with another mobo if the original board failed.

I have 3 computers running Win7 Home Premium OEM - actually one of those is an upgrade & it's been installed about 4 times because of mobo failures.
