I have this Toshiba laptop with me that wouldn't play DVDs, that is it couldn't read movies from dvds, it would read data or copies just fine. So I decided to replace the drive but now windows won't recognize it, the bios does and I have used the drive to reinstall windows twice without problems but the drive is never recognized by windows. I wanted to know what I can do about it.
