New Skylake 6700k & MSi M9 ACK Build Will NOT Overclock at all. Major issues.

aha ok. I understand better now. I set my load line to level 6, 140% and cpu vcore to 1.420 and it shows 1.440 100% of the time in cpuz and aida64 as well as my AI suite 3. Here is a few screen grabs. I just want to make sure I am in the right direction with this. I also read that while stressing in Aida64 to check only the cpu. I noticed its much harder to pass with fpu and cache selected.
