I am planning on building a new system with the following components from newegg. Wanted to find out if I can overclock this and how much? How good are these components?

AMD Athlon 64 2800+ Newcastle Integrated into Chip FSB Socket 754 Processor Model ADA2800BOX
EPoX EP-8KDA3J Socket 754 NVIDIA nForce3 250Gb ATX AMD Motherboard
Linkworld 3166-03 C2228U Black/Silver Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 430W Power Supply
Kingston ValueRAM 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered System Memory Model KVR400/512R

Thanks

I have heard great things about the DFI lanparty. I think that that would be a better choice than the EPox. I have the Abit KV8Pro and can do 2.5ish on low voltage.
