Hi guys.
Just placed a order on some Coollaboratory liquid ultra and i need some advice since it's gonna be my first time with this TIM.

The plan is to use it between the CPU core and IHS. The IHS is removed before and it is also lapped.
Between the IHS and my Noctua NH-U12P SE2 i'm just going for MX-4, or should i use CLU there as well?

I gonna use CLU at my 7970 cards as well, or is that i bad idea?

Ideally spray on silicon conformal coating, but there's a number of things which would work. Make sure you don't get any on the die.

The CLU are added to my 7970 cards and it lowered my temps by 15c on 100% load. Not bad at all :)
Now i'll have to wait and see if there any inpact on the performance as the time goes by.
