New upgrade for a newbie

You should be able to overclock to 4.5GHz with that cooler. Power supply's nowadays are vary efficient across the hole range.
 
What case are you using? I usually select this first... I recommend EVGA for GPU/PSU. Great build quality. Try to snag a EVGA G2/P2 700-800W on sale.
