Yep. No surprise there. At the current rate, we will remain #8 in the world for about a year and a half. I should probably stop mentioning that we are #8 in the world. I mean, we are #8 in the world but you knew that already. Enough about being #8 in the world already. ... and so forth and so on.

We are pursuing NVIDIA in our quest to be #7 in the world. 1.5 years as eluded to above. NVIDIA has a straight line graph representing their production while ours is trending way up. This means that the 1.5 years will be reduced while we produce at this level. Not bad. Not bad at all.

@WhitehawkEQ is #30 in the world.
@HayesK _ALL is #36.
@HayesK _GRC is #49.
@torin3 is #80.
@dfonda is #81.
@Holdolin is #100.
We appreciate all of you guys representing Team 32 in the world rankings. We are well represented.

Again, we are trending way up with room to trend even higher. (So please feel free to jump in.) We've added 7 active folders. All returning folders. Welcome back! Our average ppd is 8.7 million. Nioce.

Top 18 are all earning 1 million ppd or more.
Top 9 are all earning 10 million ppd or more.
Top 5 are all earning 20 million ppd or more.
Top 4 are all earning 30 million ppd or more.
Top 2 are both earning 60 million ppd or more.
Top 1 is earning 130 million ppd or more.

JH is one of our returning folders and has just earned 400 million.
Mike has been steadily earning points and has earned his FIRST 100 million. WOOT!
RandomCookie42 has just earned 2 million.

Lots to like there. Great job.

Until next week, Build, Borg, Recruit.

Well it seems I'm getting low point WU's but I'm sure the science is important but it sucks none the less :)

Yeah. I looked at the stats overall and the team is tanking. The only one at the top who has not dipped is @Farwalker2u . He's trending down but had an uptick where everyone else has a down-tick.

I lost points this weekend but I has to disassemble my main rig. I had broken plastic feet that needed repair. I had to pull the full (steel) tower out so that I could lay it down and remove the two broken feet. I also had a USB 3.x header where the pins were bent to hell. Since I busted pins on these before, I wanted to make good and sure that I took my time to fix it well. I had to pull my MB which meant that both graphics cards had to come out. I also bought another USB 2/3 5.25 card reader that won't bend my USB header pins. So I installed that too after I fixed my header. So, yeah. I lost points as I was down for about 4-5 hours. You know, glueing up the plastic feet and waiting 3 hours just for that to cure.

With point values on WU's being down, it's gonna be hard to get my ave ppd up again.

Crap! I just realized that the one guy who isn't having a drop-off in production is the one guy headed to beat me in points. :rofl: Great job @Farwalker2u .

My Folding production is impacted by how much Starfield I play, as it drops PPD way down while playing.

4070 = 15,080 PPD/$, 4070 Ti = 13,572 PPD/$, 4080 = 12,713 PPD/$, 4090 = 10,438 PPD/$
So for the price of one 4090 you could get three 4070s. If you have the slots and power, with three 4070s (8,293,847 x 3 = 24,881,541) you could produce 1.7 times the PPD of one 4090 (ignoring electricity cost).

I have a similar issue with Total War and Civ VI. More games mean less production. :(

Thank you for the cost analysis. Great stuff there.

I wish I had that problem...had to give up on Starfield until they fix their save problem or at least till the problem is identified. :cry:

Even with Starfield you should be crushing me in PPD...:unsure:

Y'all be crushin it. Things are cooling off and I'm starting to build/bring systems online. Fold on friends :)
Hooray!!!!! No joke, I thought that you might have passed away. I've never been so happy to be so wrong. I hope that you are doing well and welcome any level of involvement you wish to have. So happy to see your post. Very happy.

Ya, I should apologize for just dissapearing like that. When it comes to the social graces my PPD is -1 :(
On the plus side, as my sig indicates I found a MB that supports dual 4090's both running at PCIE-4 x16. Good times

Edited to add:
The plus side of this is i'm using ~100W less power to run 2 cards. Y'all know me, more worried about ongoing operational costs than acquisition cost, though ground-up build costs are close enough for my taste.

Oh great now not only will I lose my #1 spot to Hayes, but with you back I'll be bumped back to #3 again :rofl: :thup:

Ya, she's pullin about 50M PPD on avg. As always, dependant on the WU's I get. OH, it's quite the space heater too. 45 outside and i have the damn windows open haha

That is much colder than my thoughts...I thought 'Hawk had sent in a Team of Cat Burglar's and made off with the Holds GPU supply... :beer: :chair:
