Newbie question

Greetings,

I'm pretty much new to the world of overclocking and have a simple question that I can't find (or maybe I'm overlooking) with a simple google search so I thought that I'd come here.
Basically I would like to know if this PC is able to be overclocked:

Sorry if this is a simple question but I just want to be sure if this particular processor is capable, it's within an HP.

Totally and completely unlikely...

...unlikely that cpu will overclock on that laptop. Most of the bioses of those type units have overclocking locked out and that means even AMD OAD will NoT overrride the locked out bios.
