I just need to know if there are any signs of a phish in that i need to be aware of.

Dear Customer, We would like to invite you to participate in our new exclusive EggXpert Review Program as a product reviewer.
Newegg is launching a new EggXpert Review Program. We will invite our best product reviewers, known as EggXperts, to post opinions about new and pre-release products to help other Newegg customers make informed buying decisions. Newegg will provide EggXperts with free products that have been submitted to the program by participating vendors. EggXperts review the products they receive and post reviews through the EggXpert Review Program. These reviews are the independent opinions of the EggXperts, and the vendors supplying products for review cannot influence, modify or edit the reviews. As in our regular product review program, Newegg will not modify or edit these reviews, as long as they comply with our posting guidelines.
If you choose to participate in the EggXpert Review Program as an EggXpert, we require that you spend time using and testing the product sent to you and submit a quality review within the timeframe specified for each review. Newegg may disqualify you as an EggXpert if we found that your participation does not meet our expectation. Please see below answers to questions you may have about this new program.
How can I join the program?
The Newegg EggXpert Review Program is by invitation only. EggXperts are chosen based on several criteria, but primarily on the helpfulness of their reviews and by their demonstrated interest in the types of products that are featured in the program.
Where does Newegg get the products?
Products are provided by manufacturers and vendors participating in the program.
Do EggXperts have to write only positive reviews?
No. We want honest opinions about the products – good or bad.
Are EggXperts paid for writing reviews or pressured to write favorable reviews?
No. EggXperts are not paid to participate in the program and write reviews. They do get to keep the products they review as we want them to continue to use the products and submit review updates whenever appropriate.
If an EggXpert writes a negative review, will it impact his or her reviewer ranking?
No. Writing a negative review will not impact an EggXpert's reviewer ranking. Customers tend to value substantive, informative, detailed and objective reviews, regardless of whether the review is positive, negative, or neutral.
What will happen if an EggXpert fails to submit a product review within the specified timeframe?
Newegg may disqualify any EggXpert who has failed to submit timely product reviews. Once an EggXpert is disqualified, he or she will stop receiving review products from Newegg.
Do EggXperts receive products before they are released?
Yes – in some cases. Some participating vendors may enroll pre-release products for EggXperts to review prior to product launch.
Can the participating vendors contact or otherwise influence EggXperts?
No. All products are submitted by vendors to Newegg, and distributed by Newegg to the EggXperts for review. Vendors have no contact with the EggXperts, and have no influence over which EggXperts will review their products.
