It means that my app can't connect to the telnet interface on the main F@H program on that PC (not the control interface). Any of these could cause it:
- the F@H app is not set to allow connections from the IP address my app is running on
- the PC names you put into my app is wrong (it only takes the PC name, not the IP address)
- the default telnet port number has been changed in the F@H program
- there is a firewall blocking the F@H port traffic (either inbound, outbound, or both)
- there is a network element (router, switch, etc) either blocking the port traffic or routing it to a different IP address than where my app is running
