No COM port on new Mobo, whats my alternative?

I'm using an UPS with COM port and my new DFI nF4 doesn't have a COM port so what are my alternatives? Is there an optional bracket I can buy? Is there a COM-to-USB adaptor? Anything else?

there is such a thing as a com port pci adapter (look here ) but no idea where to buy them
