tried to use realbench - software simply crashes when i attempt to stress-test with it.

If you're on WIN10 you need to have HPET enabled. It's most likely already enabled in BIOS but you'll have to do it manually in windows.
In search type CMD right click and run as ADMIN type this bcdedit /set useplatformclock true hit enter should get a message about rebooting or successful. Reboot and try realbench again
