Hardware:
GA-890FXA-GD65
Cpu: FX-8350 8 core 4.0 ghz Black ed.
Power supply: corsair 1050 watt
GPU's: 2x ASUS HD7770 2GB
RAM: 16 GB (2x8gb) corsair Vengance
OS: Windows 7 HP 64 bit

Just upgraded my System with said processor and RAM, upgraded from an AMD Phenom II x6 1100T Black ed. And 8 gb (2x4gb) of corsair vengance.

I turn the computer on and I get no video on the screen.
I've tried holding down the clear CMOS button on the back and also removed battery for 30 seconds.
I also tried switching back to the 8 GB of ram, also tried removing the crossfire cable and the second graphics card.

Double check that all power connections are made.

- 24-pin MOBO
- 8-pin CPU
- 6/8-pin PCIe

Edit: Also, this motherboard came out before the FX series. Did you update the BIOS before installing the 8350?

I put the old CPU in and it boots up. Of course it says CMOS settings wrong because I cleared them

It is working now. Thank you so much!
What bios changes should I make since I cleared the CMOS?
